outfit | black is for the bottom

Hi lovelies,

after visiting two Christmas-markets at the weekend I start to get some Christmas-feeling. And as red is very popular these days of the year, I was just in a red mood today … perfect to wear my red turtle-neck sweater. To give it some contrast I paired it with my black chinos and black equestrian boots from ACCADEMIA.

Outside I added my red coat from ZARA, my red knitted scarf and also red leather gloves.img_3253-462x693 outfit | black is for the bottom img_3255-462x692 outfit | black is for the bottomHope you like it and

Have a wonderful time!

    1. Merry Christmas, Robintom! Yes, the boots are quite new and really perfect for “elegant” occasions.
Today I wore nearly the same outfit – I only chose my black knitted pants instead of black chinos.

  1. Good point – if you wear black in the lower part of your body (pants, boots), there is more room for colorful items in the upper part. This is why my wardrobe mainly contains black boots.

    1. Hi Henry,

although this look includes a huge amount of colour in the top half, I even consider it as some kind of “monochrome” 😉
You’re right – black boots are very versatile, but for me black is often too strong.
