impressions | Míng Xiào Líng

Hi lovelies,

today I’d like to show you some more pictures from my sightseeing day in Nanjing. After walking down the Purple mountain we decided to visit Míng Xiào Líng, the is the tomb of the Hongwu Emperor, the founder of the Ming dynasty.

The way to the Tomb, the so called “Spirit way”, is lined with statues of animals …

Like many sites in China al buildings of the complex are located on one line leading from the entrance to the main building of the tomb.

Behind this immense building is the hill in which the emperor was buried.

The whole site is located in a area with other sites – the next and also last one we visited will be shown in my next post. Now I want to thank you for stopping by and

Have a wonderful time!
